Something's Fishy
StoryFirst, the authorities refused to mobilize and evacuate people who
wanted out of New Orleans. How they're talking about forcing people who don't want to leave out of their homes.
Honestly, it's either not enough, or too much with these people. They never get anything right. Maybe the anarcho-capitalists are right. Maybe having no government at all is the best way to solve problems.

Sorry about the sparsity and brevity of my posts lately. I'm devoting most of my energies to finding more suitable employment. Anyone want to hire an experienced writer/copyeditor for regular work?

If the public doesn't learn anything else from Katrina I hope they learn to be self reliant and not count on local, state or federal government for help. Have you heard of Jabbar Gibson? I heard and posted about him today. I hear he could be facing criminal charges for helping himself and others he met along the way. I hope not.
God Bless America, God Save The Republic.

Inner city New Orleans is a great example of how we've made an entire class dependent on the government to such a degree that they can't even leave when a Cat 5 hurricane is on its way.
Our inner cities could all pass for third world countries. The tragedy of New Orleans simply brought the victim culture to light.
