Act of War on Mexican Border Gunmen, who retreated into Mexico, temporarily overran an United States National Guards stationed in Arizona. For some reason, the Guardsmen were forced to retreat.
I have a question. Why aren't our National Guard troops allowed to shoot at foreign invaders? I suspect they would have if government policy allowed them to. And if it is true that the policy is not to shoot at such invaders who are engaged in an open act of warfare against these United States, then the federal government is in breach of one of its fundamental duties to protect this country from invasion. I shall be contacting my Congress people about this matter.

I wasn't sure if our Guardsmen on the border were allowed to carry weapons. Your right, it's time to contact those new members of congress and put them to work.
God Bless America, God Save The Republic.

who do you think you are to even think on desiding who someone can shoot or not?
do you care about life?
probably you only care about your own

Well, typically when someone starts shooting you, it is permissible to shoot back. This has been a principle of Common Law since its beginning.
Likewise, if someone comes onto your property and refuses to leave, you are permitted to use force to expel them, particularly if they seem to pose a clear and present danger to your wellbeing. The international law principle allowing a state expel invaders by force is an extension of Common Law protections for property.
Apparently, you have never been the victim of a violent crime. And if you have, you show an extraordinary amount of sympathy for predatory criminals.
And make no mistake, the people I am referencing were criminals. Armed individuals dressed in black tactical vests and khaki military style fatigues entering the United States and engaging the National Guard are what we would call violent and dangerous felons at the very least. But what these people did was to engage in an act of war against the United States.
