Analysis: Study shows U.S. losing drug war

The war on drugs (more like a war on privacy and private property) is a waste of money. In addition to that, I believe that every FBI, DEA, or other law enforcement agent, judge, or United States attorney who participates in the arrest and jailing of someone for possession of a narcotic (without showing evidence of direct harm to other people) is guilty of a crime and should, themselves, be jailed. The ugly truth is that many (but not all) of the 'criminals' that are sent to federal prison for drug use have never harmed another human being (harm = deprive them of life, liberty, or property through force or fraud). These imperialist thugs are guilty of taking away the liberty of the people described in the previous sentence. You tell me who the criminals are?
